At Karan Web Solutions, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital services tailored to each client’s needs. Because most of our work involves custom design, development, and digital setups, refunds are handled under specific conditions as outlined below.
1. General Policy
All payments made for our services are considered final once work has commenced. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require exceptions.
Refunds will only be issued in cases where:
The project has not yet started, and no initial work has been delivered.
A payment was made in error or duplicated due to a technical issue.
Karan Web Solutions is unable to complete the project for reasons within our control.
2. Non-Refundable Services
No refunds will be provided for:
Completed projects, delivered work, or services that have already begun.
Delays caused by client-side factors (e.g., late content, feedback, or approvals).
Third-party service fees, domain purchases, hosting plans, or subscription-based tools.
3. Project Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a project before completion, please notify us in writing at contact@karanwebsolutions.com.
Any completed portion of the work will be billed accordingly.
Refunds for unused project balance, if any, will be considered at our discretion.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, or other).
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us directly at contact@karanwebsolutions.com for any billing or service concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Unresolved chargebacks may lead to suspension of future services.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our business or payment practices. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
